Competition description
Peralada hosts the seventeenth edition of the Lady Golf Circuit. Event that will take place in our Club on 15th September and will travel to 5 courses of the peninsula with the Grand Final from the 1st to 5th of November 2023 in Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort.
This is the most important amateur women's golf event on a national level, organized by Lady Golf Magazine. It takes place in unique surroundings and concentrates female players of all levels and over 18 years old to enjoy a pleasant sporting day.
At the end of the event, the players will enjoy a fantastic cocktail and a prize draw.
The Club will be in charge of the registration process. Players interested in participating should fill in the web form.
Rules
GAME MODALITY
Stableford individual handicap.
PARTICIPANTS
All amateur players who turn 18 years of age during 2023, nationals or residents who are in possession of the licence of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation with handicap may participate.
Players with a foreign licence will be allowed to participate. It is essential to present a handicap certificate. The number of foreign participants may not exceed 60% of the total number of participants.
REGISTRATION
Registrations will be managed entirely by the Club. They will be made through the form on the website.
In case of full registration for the race, preference will be given to members of the Club.
CATEGORIES
2 categories of ladies. The cut-off will be made at 50% of those registered for each race.
Depending on the number of registered players, the organization reserves the right to make only one category.
The Lady Golf organization reserves the right to adjust the number of categories depending on the number of participants registered in each tournament.
STARTING POINTS
Red bar tee-off.
PRIZE GIVING
A welcome kit will be given to all participants in each event.
The prize giving will take place at the end of the competition in the same club, followed by a raffle of gifts among the participants courtesy of sponsors, collaborators and the Lady Golf Circuit.
CLASSIFICATIONS
Prize to the first two classified in each category.
The winner of each category and event will be classified to participate in the Grand Final of the Lady Golf Circuit. The invitation is valid for the winner.
In the event that the winner of the three categories is already qualified to participate in the Grand Final, the place will automatically pass to the second classified in the same category and tournament.
GOLF RULES
The game will be played under the rules of the RFEG, as well as the corresponding local rules of each Club.
COMMITTEE OF THE EVENTS
It will be formed by two representatives of the Club and one of the Lady Golf Circuit. The tournament committee will have full powers to act or make any decision that may arise.
